Joshua Stern is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer retention and relationship marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since August 2012, Joshua previously held leadership roles at Direct Brands, where responsibilities included defining the online strategy for multiple brands and driving significant sales growth. Joshua's prior experience includes managing customer marketing initiatives at Bertelsmann, where revenue increased dramatically through innovative CRM strategies, and assisting marketing efforts at Doubleday Entertainment.
