The mission statement of the 100 Black Men of Las Vegas is to improve the quality of life and enhance educational opportunities for African Americans in the Las Vegas community through mentoring, leadership development, and community empowerment. 

They aim to achieve this by developing programs focused on improving the education, health, and character of their participants, with the collaboration and support of parents, teachers, affiliates, and corporate partners.
