Shaun Ryan is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the powersports and consumer products industries. Currently serving as Head of Product at 100%, Shaun oversees product strategy and development. Previously, Shaun held various leadership roles at Fox Racing, including Category Director for Powersports, where significant contributions included the successful launch of the V3RS helmet and the redesign of the Union footwear collection. Shaun co-founded SHIVER and has worked with numerous brands in product design and development at 321 Designs. Experience also includes managing the men's analog watch category at Nixon and directing product initiatives at One Industries/661 and Thor Motocross. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
