Tanya Novak Kratzer is a founding partner at Zalex Consulting LLC, which specializes in custom research for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 100 companies and private equity firms, completing over 650 consulting assignments and conducting more than 5,000 primary research interviews. Tanya was a partner at JASS Partners III, LLC from 2011 to 2018, providing insights to commercial and private equity clients through approximately 100 engagements and over 1,200 expert interviews. Before these roles, Tanya held key positions in information technology at Valeant Pharmaceuticals and Kyocera Wireless, as well as senior management at Ernst & Young. Tanya holds an A.B. in Economics and Communications from Stanford University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business.
