Ashwin Advani

Ashwin Advani is an experienced professional in the healthcare and venture space, currently serving as the Venture Studio Director at 10XBeta since June 2025, focusing on building health tech ventures. Previous roles include Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Guggenheim Partners from 2020 to 2025 and an MBA Candidate at NYU Stern School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Ashwin has also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at UBS and as a Fellow at InSITE, contributing to a leadership development program in the startup and VC sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Growth Officer at Discern Living, a public health fellow at SNEHA through the William J.
