Tim Heard

Tim Heard currently serves as the Head of Client Success at 11:FS, leading a team focused on client success and partnerships. Heard has extensive experience in venture management, having directed multiple key accounts and transformational innovation projects in fintech across various geographies. As the founder of the Circle of Intrapreneurs, Heard established a global non-profit organization that gained operations in over 100 countries, impacting hundreds of thousands. In previous roles at Barclays Ventures and Barclays, Heard led initiatives in intrapreneurship and cultural transformation, emphasizing innovation processes and change management. Additionally, Heard co-founded Mental Health Mondays, a movement promoting mental health awareness. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leeds.
