Nitu S. has been in the workforce since 2001. Nitu began their career as a Business Analyst at Takara Trading Co. Ltd. In 2006, Nitu moved to Capgemini (f.k.a IGATE, PATNI) as an Assistant Project Manager. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst/ Japanese SME at Harte Hanks in Austin. In 2015, Nitu joined 12th Wonder as VP Business Development, where they were accountable for managing the business development for USA and Japan region. Additionally, they were responsible for finding and exploiting new growth opportunities, driving business sales and revenue, defining strategies to increase market share as well as brand recognition. Nitu also managed all aspects of the sales cycle from existing accounts to new acquisition and handled customer relations. In the same role, they combined their business and technology skills with extensive Agile/Scrum experience, marketing orientation and analytical abilities to build business cases, develop product roadmaps and evolve product strategy. Lastly, they experienced in delivering large-scale software and Web development projects on time in the budget by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams.

Nitu S. completed their MBA in International Business & Information Technology from Amity University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University between 1997 and 2000. They also achieved a JLPT 2 in Japanese Language in 2000 from the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. Nitu S. attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their High School education from 1986 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a SCRUM MASTER ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION from the INTERNATIONAL SCRUM INSTITUTE in 2015.
