Christian Deroo

Christian DeRoo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in health law, legal editing, and educational content development. Currently serving as the Health Legal Marketing Editor at 14 West since May 2019, Christian previously held roles as an Independent Contractor and Subject Matter Expert at StraighterLine and Pearson Online & Blended Learning, where course material on history and government was drafted and edited. Christian also has a strong background in legal advisement, having worked as an Attorney-Advisor for the Social Security Administration and various legal positions including a Student Attorney at the American University General Practice Clinic and Legal Clerk at Anesthesia Medical Group, Inc. Christian earned a Doctor of Law degree specializing in Health Law and Policy from American University Washington College of Law and a bachelor's degree in Government and History from Colby College.
