Doug Shepard has over 10 years of experience in information technology. Doug started their career as an IT Manager at Silver King Refrigeration in 1999 and held this role until 2009. In 2009, Doug joined 1517 Media and Augsburg Fortress Publishers as the Sr. Director and Director of Information Technology respectively. Doug has been in these positions since then.

Doug Shepard completed their education at the University of Minnesota. Doug earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1997 to 1999. Doug further pursued their academic career from 2001 to 2006, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University's Carlson School of Management.
