Katherine Drummond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, education, and business management. Currently serving as a Sales Development Representative at 15Five, a holistic performance management company, Katherine contributes to enhancing HR team effectiveness and employee engagement. Previously, Katherine worked for Georgia Public Schools as an Advanced Content Creator, successfully designing learning materials that improved student outcomes and delivered impactful training to over 400 individuals.
