Leonel More is the CEO and Founder of 1950Labs, a strategic staffing partner for software development in LATAM, and a Committee Member at INGENIO Incubadora de Empresas since May 2023. Previously, Leonel founded Codilio, providing recruitment services for software companies, and served as the Software Development Manager at Abengoa and Service Repair Solutions. In addition to a career in software development and management, Leonel co-founded La Mejor Idea, a social network focused on creativity and innovation, and established the blog Chocolatte. Educational credentials include an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de la Empresa, and a Certificate in IT Management from Universitario Autónomo del Sur.
