Anubhav Mehrotra has extensive work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Anubhav started their career at Intelenet Global Services in 2000 as a Team Leader. Anubhav then worked at FirstSource Solutions as an Assistant Manager Operations before moving on to Genpact, where they served as a Manager Operations. Anubhav continued to progress in their career and joined The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) as a Manager Operations. Anubhav later joined Dish TV as a Senior Manager Operations, and eventually held the positions of AVP Operations and DGM Operations. In 2014, Anubhav joined Magicbricks as the Head of Customer Care and Business Excellence. Anubhav then moved to DishTV as the Head of Broadcast Monitoring & Quality and served in this role for five years. Currently, Anubhav is working at Tata 1mg, where they initially held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience and later became the Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Experience.

Anubhav Mehrotra completed their Bachelor of Hotel Management degree in F&B Production and Front Office Management from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, attending from 1996 to 1999.
