Janika Rueger is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at 1NCE since April 2022, Janika previously held various roles at SIXT, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Janika's career began at The Good Care Group Ltd as an In-House Recruiter, followed by positions at AKJ Associates and Williams Kent Ltd, where recruitment and client management skills were honed.
