Aymen Said

Aymen Said is a skilled geoscientist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Spatial Data Consultant at 1Spatial since January 2022. Simultaneously, Aymen has been a Project Geoscientist specializing in Petroleum Geology at CGG since February 2019, focusing on regional geology in North and East Africa, GDE and play fairway mapping, basin modeling, and petroleum system analysis. Previous roles include a Geologist at Lundin Norway AS, where paleoenvironment and paleogeographic mapping were key responsibilities, and a Postdoc in Geology/Geophysics at Simula Research Laboratory, where plate reconstruction modeling and sedimentation rate quantification were emphasized. Aymen holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Geosciences from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, coupled with an engineering degree in Georesources and Environment from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax.
