We have 4 areas of our business:

1st Meridian Care Services: Provides daily grooming and hygiene needs, assistance with walking, mobility and prescribed exercises, preparation of nutritious meals, transportation to doctor appointments, medication reminders, light housekeeping and homemaker services, and respite care for family

1st Meridian Prime Concierge Services: Provides personalized and expert care, tailored to meet the unique healthcare needs of each individual client, through daily interaction with clients.

1st Meridian Placement Services: We are more than just a referral agency - we do not just give names and phone numbers for you to call! Our Placement Specialist will help you, your family, and caregivers to discuss concerns and preferences up front. We will provide valuable guidance to help you navigate through every step of the process.

1st Meridian Home Health Services: Meridian Home Health is a Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare certified home health agency. We provide expert level care through individualized treatment plans.
