Corie Roache is a certified personal trainer with extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a personal trainer at CKFit since January 2019 and as the owner/founder of Rise and Grind Fitness since November 2018. Corie holds a NASM certification and has taken on various roles, including assistant coach at Stevenson University and Legionnaire for 1st Phorm International, where assistance is provided for health and wellness. Previous experience includes working as a supported employment specialist at Cornerstone Montgomery and volunteer assistant coaching at York College of Pennsylvania. Corie's background also includes technical support and administrative roles, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. Corie earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from York College of Pennsylvania, with additional education from Catonsville Community College and Wor-Wic Community College.
