Tara Antonucci

Tara Antonucci is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice-President and Manager of Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition at 1st Source Bank, Tara has previously held prominent roles including Director of HR for the City of Mishawaka and Recruiting and Employee Relations Manager at the Family and Children's Center. Additional experience includes positions as a Recruiter at Goshen Health System and HR Assistant at Red Gold. Tara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Ball State University's Miller College of Business, earned between 1994 and 1998.
