Pooja Singh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Teacher of Commerce at Fromman's Memorial Convent School. In 2003, they joined ATS Services Pvt Ltd as an HR, where they worked until 2006. Pooja then joined Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited and held various positions, including Assistant Manager - Senior Manager HR from 2006 to 2016, and Regional HR Head - Associate Vice President from 2016 to 2020. Following that, they worked at STARTEK as the Site HR Head from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Pooja is the Head of Human Resources at 1to1help.net, a pioneer and leader in the Employee Awareness Program industry in India.
Pooja Singh completed their Executive Development Program in HRM (EDPHRM) jointly with SHRM at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2022 to 2023. Pooja obtained their MBA in Human Resources from the College of Materials Management FOMS Jabalpur from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they earned a Master of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from G.S. College of Commerce & Economics, Near Civil Lines Thana, Jabalpur from 1997 to 1999. Pooja also completed their XII education at Christ Church Senior Secondary School Jabalpur, MP from 1990 to 1994, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
