Paul Thomas has over 36 years of experience in the construction risk management field. Currently serving as the National Risk Manager at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty since March 1997, Paul is responsible for loss control and prevention, establishing construction standards, and overseeing a team of geotechnical and structural engineers to support builder members. Previously, as the Construction Services Manager at Home Owners Warranty from May 1987 to March 1997, Paul provided technical support through construction evaluations, managerial assessments, and training. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 1974 and 1977.
