Mary Chu

Mary Chu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in claims management and client services within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims at 2 Wings Risk Services, Mary oversees all aspects of claims, including audits of third-party administrators and claim service providers. Prior to this role, Mary held various leadership positions at Sedgwick, including Vice President Client Services, where responsibilities encompassed business planning, staffing, and performance management, as well as building strong client relationships. With a background that includes significant roles in account management and claims representation at Specialty Risk Services and ESIS, Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Multinational Business from Florida State University and an ARM designation in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America.
