Jessica Mays

Jessica McKenzie Mays is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Life Sciences at 20/20 Onsite since November 2019, Jessica has progressed through various roles including Senior Director of Life Sciences and Director of Client Success. Prior to this, Jessica was the Head of Family Experience at CozyKin and worked as a consultant and facilitator. Jessica's career includes significant positions at Twenty20 Inc. as Director of Customer Success, HubSpot as Team Lead of Channel Consulting, and IRBNet as Member Relationship Manager. Additionally, Jessica has taught English as a native language and specialized in Business English curricula, along with experience in public relations. Jessica holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
