Jeffrey Brown, MS-HRD, currently serves as a Human Resource Analyst II at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. since June 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to develop job profiles and leading the implementation of automated leave forms in the Oracle system. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Medical Facilities of America, focusing on employee benefits and leave management, and Professional Recruiter at Patrice & Associates, specializing in candidate sourcing. Jeffrey also has experience as a Lead Workforce Manager at Surge Staffing, Workforce Manager at UPS, and Human Resource Consultant for the Virginia Department of Emergency Management, where a recruiting standard operating procedure was developed.
