Abhishek Panda

Abhishek Panda has extensive experience in information systems and database management, currently serving as Manager of Information Systems at [24]7.ai since February 2018, following a role as Assistant Manager in the same field. Previously, Abhishek worked at Avaya as a Database Consultant from October 2015 to February 2018, focusing on new challenges within a senior APS consultant capacity. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Database Programmer at SmartConnect Technologies Pvt. Ltd., specializing in Genesys call center technology, and a role as Database Support Engineer at Infosys, where support was provided for Intel’s database maintenance. Abhishek's career began at Megasoft as a Trainee in Database Support. Abhishek holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from the Institute of Technical Education and Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Udala College, along with an Associate’s Degree in Science from Udala College and a High School diploma from Udala High School.
