Kelly Ledbetter

Kelly Ledbetter is a seasoned Mechanical and Thermal Systems Design expert with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, working on both the OEM and tier 1 supplier sides. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at 24M Technologies since October 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Energy Storage Consultant at Ledbetter and Associates LLC from August 2013 to October 2022. Notable past roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Beckman Coulter, Transportation Technology Manager at EnerDel, and Project Engineer at GM Powertrain and Allison Transmission. Kelly has a strong background in vibration and shock testing, energy storage systems, and product engineering, with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
