Sophie Cortey Muller has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on customer care, seller care, and personal shopping. Sophie started their career as a Consultant for ALTEDIA and later became the Responsible for the Contact Center at Nestle France.

Sophie Cortey Muller obtained a Bachelor's degree in Droit de la Consommation from the Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, which they attended from 1993 to 1995. Sophie then pursued a Master's degree in Conseil Organisation Management de Projet Accompagnement du Changement from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they studied from 2006 to 2007.
