Grace O'Brien has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Grace started their career as a Conflicts Analyst at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where they analyzed and resolved potential conflicts. Grace then worked as a Manager of Client Intake at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where they developed and integrated a software platform for client matter opening and conflicts. At Cooley LLP, they served as a Senior Business Intake & Conflicts Analyst - Laterals. Grace then joined the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc. as a Volunteer Attorney. Grace later worked at StoryCloud Inc as an In-House Attorney and People Operations & Talent Manager, where they performed a broad range of functions and managed the hiring program and employment policies. Grace then moved to Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as a Deputy Assistant General Counsel, where they were responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts issues. Grace then joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a Conflicts Attorney, where they continued to address conflicts issues and reduce risk exposure. Most recently, they became the Director of People Operations at 2B Living Property Management, where they focus on building the best-in-class property management service and providing an exceptional rental experience.

Grace O'Brien completed their education with a BA in Economics, History (with Honors) and a minor in Computer Science from UC San Diego in 2002. Grace then obtained a JD degree in Law from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2008. Grace also studied abroad at Cornell Law School's Institute of International & Comparative Law in Paris, France. Grace later obtained a certification as an Attorney from the State Bar of California in 2010.
