Matthew Cannon

Matthew Cannon is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in credit policy development, business strategy, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at 2nd Order Solutions, Cannon has pioneered targeted direct mail strategies and machine learning models for a dental service organization, in addition to advising on transaction underwriting for major financial institutions. Prior roles include Head of Branded Card at Barclays, where management of a $5B credit card portfolio was achieved, and various positions at Capital One focusing on credit policy innovation and risk management. Cannon holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Penn State University.
