Maddalena Mattiazzi currently serves as an Event Account at 2night SpA since January 2023, following experience as an Event Account Intern. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager at Sagitter Training, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining client relationships, supporting project management, conducting quality reviews, coordinating meetings, and managing office operations. Additionally, Maddalena contributed to the Education and Public Awareness Department at Medici con l'Africa Cuamm, assisting with course management and public outreach activities during the Global Health Festival. Earlier experience includes support in sales and event planning at Tichè Promotion. Maddalena holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Communication for Business and Organizations from Università degli Studi di Udine and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Università degli Studi di Padova.

Through the 2night Lab division, it creates, accomplishes and measures experiential projects to bring companies together with young adults. 2night has a staff of 100 people in 4 offices (Milan, Venice, Bari and Dublin) and their customers include some of the most important national and international brands (ex: Campari, Peroni, San Carlo, Lvmh, Consorzio del Prosciutto di San Daniele, Mazda, Easyjet, Adidas, l’Oreal).
