Olga Kofman, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation at 2U since May 2019, Olga leads program and product implementations, oversees a team of managers, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance business processes. Prior to this role, Olga was the Lead Project Manager at LifeCare Hospitals, where effective communication and collaboration with executive-level stakeholders were key to delivering new service lines. As an Engagement Manager at Academic Partnerships, Olga strengthened strategic partner relationships and ensured alignment across teams. Olga's career began at John Wiley & Sons UK LLP, where a series of promotions highlighted a strong ability in strategy and operations management.
