Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operation for Packet Core and VAS at PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications since May 2009, Elisa oversees governance of Value Added Services (VAS), GPRS, and BlackBerry managed service teams, focusing on achieving technical and service KPIs while ensuring optimal network performance and minimizing downtime. Prior to this role, Elisa contributed to PT Excelcomindo Pratama (XL) as a VAS Implementation Specialist and Fault VAS Analyst from October 1997 to May 2009. Elisa holds a degree from Budi Luhur University, attended from 2002 to 2004.
