Uli Grönbeck

Uli Grönbeck is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Fractional CFO at 3 Screen Solutions since April 2025 and as the Head of Finance at deepc Inc. since July 2023. At deepc Inc., Uli is focused on building scalable financial processes for international expansion, leading an efficient finance team, establishing subsidiaries in the US, UK, and Germany, and implementing best practice financial management tools. Prior to this, Uli held the position of Head of Finance at Ananda Impact Ventures from December 2021 to June 2023, overseeing finance and operations, including Controlling, Accounting, Financial Planning, Compliance, and IT. Uli Grönbeck holds a Master of Science in Controlling, Finance, and Accounting from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and has completed Executive Education in M&A at Imperial Business School.
