Andrew Gilbert

Andrew Gilbert currently serves as the Sales Director for 3STEP Sports, managing large-scale girls AAU basketball tournaments across the Texas, West Coast, and Mid-America regions. Prior roles include managing finance and operations for Washington Nationals Philanthropies, where revenue generation increased by 400%, and overseeing daily operations at the Youth Baseball Academy. Andrew has extensive experience in event and staff management, logistical planning, and budget administration, with leadership roles in various sports organizations, including DE Turf Sports Complex and Coastal Atlantic Futbol Club. Andrew holds a Master of Sport Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Operations Management from the University of Delaware.
