Rudy Gabriel is an experienced Event Operations Manager currently serving at 3STEP Sports since April 2022, also holding the position of Spring Training Director. Previously, Rudy worked as Event Operations Manager at MADE Hoops from January 2022 to April 2022, where responsibilities included communication with various stakeholders to facilitate event participation. Rudy's background includes a role as Assistant Operations Manager at NXTsports, where important logistics tasks were managed, following an internship focused on event planning and execution. Additional experience includes roles as a Driver for DoorDash, Men’s Basketball Manager for Penn State Basketball, Sports League Coordinator for MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP Parks and Recreation, and Equipment Operations Intern at the University of Pennsylvania. Rudy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Parks & Tourism Management with a minor in Sports Studies, as well as a Smeal Business Certificate from Penn State University.
