Joshua Poritz has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2000. Joshua began their career as a Software Engineer at eDial/Alcatel-Lucent, where they prototyped, designed, and implemented OmniTouch 8660 My Teamwork. Joshua then moved to Bloomberg as a Financial Software Developer, where they developed real-time monitoring tools and new problem ticketing technologies for the Global Technical Support team. In 2007, Poritz became a Fellow and Hacker-In-Chief at PresenTense Group, and also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at DandyDomains.com, where they created natural language software to minimize the 'speculation' factor in domain name investment. Finally, in 2011, they began working as a Principal Software Engineer at 33Across Inc., where they developed RevCTRL and lead a team of engineers to grow the product on desktop, tablet, and smartphone.

Joshua Poritz completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Maimonides from 1996 to 2003.
