Prior to this role, Nicholas held several positions at Bradford City Football Club from July 2009 to July 2014, including Development Center Manager, where a pathway was created for talented local players into the Academy, and as a Football Coach. Additionally, Nicholas was involved with Kings Camps as a Sports Producer, creating a Summer Soccer Camp in France.
