Ermir Bajraktari

Ermir Bajraktari is an experienced professional in telecommunications and technical client services, currently serving as a System Administrator and Technical Client Services Manager at 360T since January 2020. Previously, Ermir worked at Pegasus LTD from May 2017 to January 2020 as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical devices from various leading manufacturers. Prior experience includes a role as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Pegasus LTD, managing finance and backup servers, and a position as a NOC Specialist at ALBtelecom Albania, where monitoring of optical fiber networks and data switches was a primary duty. Ermir began professional development with an internship at ALBtelecom Albania focused on Next Generation Networks and fixed core equipment. Academically, Ermir holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
