Matteo Pastega has extensive experience in sales and project management within the design and architecture fields. Currently serving as Field Sales Manager at 3A Composites since September 2019, Matteo previously held the role of Project Manager at Pregia Design Solutions from 2011 to 2019, overseeing the development of showcase kits through cost analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, and supplier negotiations. Prior positions include Designer at Doimo Cityline Srl, focusing on furniture design and public product development, and Technical Project Manager at Display Service Cavaso, where Matteo managed modular store furnishings for national and international projects. Matteo holds a Laurea Magistrale in Architecture and Building Engineering from Università Iuav di Venezia, awarded in 2005.
