Bas Verhagen

Bas Verhagen is a Senior Mechatronics Engineer at 3D Systems Corporation since May 2017, with extensive experience in the engineering sector. As the owner of Bas Verhagen hydropower engineering since September 2011, Bas focuses on the development and realization of small hydropower plants. Previous experience includes a role as an engineer at Meerveldhoven Products from June 1999 to June 2008, where initial work began in the metal industry. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Energy and Transport Management from FH Joanneum (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (2003-2008), complemented by a Level 4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering from Summa (1999-2003).
