Previously, Paul held leadership roles including President at Wausau Equipment Company, Inc., and CEO at Southwest Metal Finishing, overseeing operational transformation and strategic planning in diverse industries. Paul has also held managerial positions at Chicago Tube & Iron, ABS Pumps, and Super Steel, establishing a strong track record in revenue growth, P&L management, and market competitiveness. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Marketing from Marquette University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, along with an associate degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
