Spencer Fischback

Spencer Fischback is a Process Engineer at 3form since October 2021, previously serving as a Product Management Intern in the Digital Communications department at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from April 2021 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Blendtec, where improvements were made using lean principles, and a role as an Adverse Reaction Specialist at doTERRA International LLC, involving comprehensive training and understanding of company policies. Additionally, Spencer worked as a Manufacturing Technician 2 at IM Flash, coordinating maintenance for expensive machinery and optimizing manufacturing processes. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah Valley University and a certification in HVAC from Ivy Tech Community College.
