Yashika Jain

Yashika Jain currently serves as the Manager of Employee Experience Communication in Talent Management, R&R, and L&D within the People & Culture division at 3i Infotech Ltd. since April 2025. Previously, Yashika held the position of Employee Experience Lead and Marketing Manager for Internal Communications at Liberty General Insurance from May 2023 to April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Learning and Development focused on Talent Acquisition, OE, and OD at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. from February 2022 to October 2022, and as Assistant Manager of Learning Development at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance from November 2017 to February 2022, where Yashika was part of the Corporate Training team at Aditya Birla Capital. Yashika holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Management Studies from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management.
