Isabelle Leys

Isabelle LEYS currently serves as the HR Director for France and EMEA at 3M, starting in November 2023, where leadership focuses on managing HR challenges and supporting organizational transformation following a company spin-off. Prior to this role, Isabelle held the position of HR Senior Director at Balt Group from September 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR and HSE strategy, overseeing talent acquisition and retention, and leading payroll internalization and benefits harmonization projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Southern Europe HR Director at Minebea Intec from May 2016 to August 2021, where focus was on managing merger-acquisition projects and creating a shared services center, and as Group HR Director at Groupe SEGO from September 2014 to March 2016, where oversight involved managing HR amidst crisis and facilitating social dialogue during liquidations. Isabelle holds both a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Information from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
