Ismail Mapara is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in operations and marketing within the industrial sector. As Regional Business Director and Managing Director for Gulf and Saudi at 3M from January 2019 to April 2021, Ismail led the Safety & Industrial business group across South East Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on revenue generation and team development. Previous roles include Global Marketing Director for 3M's Safety Division, where Ismail oversaw marketing initiatives and digital transformation, and Global Portfolio Leader for the Personal Safety Business, responsible for strategic planning and product road mapping.
