Michael John

Michael John has over 30 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, currently serving as the Global Print Quality Manager for 3M's Enterprise Labeling and Packaging Graphic Operations since November 2012. In this role, Michael has developed a print quality program that ensures print suppliers meet 3M's standards, thereby enhancing the visual consistency of iconic brands within the Consumer Business Group. Previous roles at 3M include Sr. Print Quality Lead and Sr. Artwork Production Lead, specializing in managing packaging production processes. Prior to 3M, Michael held various positions at Southern Graphic Systems, Lanscape Inc., Clarinda Color, Daily Printing, and Sly Litho, advancing from Litho Stripper to Project Manager. Michael's educational background includes studies at Hennepin Technical College and a high school diploma from Alexander Ramsey.
