Patrizia Capogreco

Patrizia Capogreco is an accomplished technical supervisor in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division at 3M, where, since October 2017, leadership has been demonstrated over a team of 8 across France and Germany, alongside driving impactful projects like the Global IATD Scouting initiative in the Hydrogen value chain. Previously, Patrizia excelled as a Senior Application Engineer, receiving honors such as the Circle of Technical Excellence and Innovation Corporate Award and winning the PSI for Individual Contributions. Additionally, Patrizia serves on the Regulatory and Sustainability Board at FEICA, promoting support for the EU Green Deal and Circular Economy Action Plan in the adhesives industry. A strong foundation in materials science was established through research assistant roles at the University of Kent and Università Milano Bicocca, complemented by advanced qualifications in adhesive engineering and composite materials.
