Paul Galatro

Paul Galatro has extensive experience in operational leadership and process improvement within manufacturing environments, currently serving as the Global Process Data & Advanced Analytics Manager and previously as a Technology Program Manager at 3M since June 2014. Galatro has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to address Value Stream level challenges, focusing on data and process automation. As a Value Stream & Operations Manager, responsibility encompassed overseeing production and engineering teams to enhance strategies for manufacturing Self Contained Breathing Apparatus for various applications. Prior roles include Operations Manager, where management of a 650-person plant involved the implementation of organizational transformations through data analysis and performance metrics, and Technical Team Leader, focusing on process improvements for optical film production. Galatro's earlier experience in the US Navy as a Lead Submarine TDA Instructor and Division Officer, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Pittsburgh, reinforces a strong foundation in leadership and technical proficiency.
