Abhay Jha

Abhay Jha is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in engineering product delivery and program management, currently serving as the Senior Executive Director of Engineering Product Delivery at 3Pillar since March 2025. Previously held various leadership positions at Infosys from June 2003 to February 2025, including Director of Program Delivery where responsibilities encompassed guiding strategic clients through end-to-end program delivery and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Abhay has a strong background in managing complex projects including payroll migrations, cloud implementations, and infrastructure transformations. An engineering graduate from Karnatak University and a postgraduate in Advance Computing from CDAC Bangalore, Abhay possesses comprehensive knowledge in software development, service delivery, and Agile transformation methodologies.
