Anna Poloz

Anna Poloz, SPHRi™, currently serves as the P&C Director at 3Shape since March 2023. With a robust background in human resources, Anna has held several key positions including HR Director at Suntech Innovation and Head of HR Ukraine at Levi9 Ukraine. Expertise spans recruitment strategy development, employee retention, learning and development facilitation, and employer branding. Prior experiences include roles as HR Generalist and HR Business Partner at Plarium and Ciklum, respectively. Anna also contributed as a People Partner and Recruiting Specialist at GlobalLogic, alongside an earlier role as Customer Service Advisor at DHL Express. Anna holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Management from Kyiv National Economics University.
