Ellen Marie Andersen

Ellen Marie Andersen is currently a Product Manager at 3Shape, focusing on Partnerships and Enterprise within a Graduate Program, and has held various roles including Associate Project Manager in People & Culture and Customer Experience Office. Previously, Ellen served as an Academy Advisor and Operational Manager at the Female Leadership Academy, which promotes female leadership through workshops and networking. Ellen also completed a Master's thesis at Deloitte analyzing the cultural integration of the acquisition of Syncronic, and participated in the Future Leaders Global leadership program. Earlier work experience includes roles in customer service at Kochs Kaffebar, McDonald's, Shell, and Centerbageriet Håndbæk, along with a notable achievement in DECA, where Ellen placed third in Food Marketing at the district level. Ellen holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Organization, and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
