Kim Madsen

Kim Madsen has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at 3WIS since May 2025. Prior to this position, Kim was with Hans Aa, where leadership roles included Lead Innovation Engineer and Head of Research and Development, focusing on offshore and energy projects and transforming the R&D department into an engineering hub. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Kamstrup and Vitrolife, where contributions included the development of manufacturing concepts and leading mechanical engineering projects. The career began at Dansk IngeniørService A/S with consultancy and training in mechanical device development, following a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Engineering College of Aarhus.
